NNLM SEA is pleased to introduce Aimee Gogan, our new coordinator who will be working with health professionals and those who work with health professionals. Aimee recently graduated with her Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Maryland College Park and holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Before joining SEA, Aimee served as an intern for the Health Sciences and Human Services Library of the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She has experience working in public libraries and in a regulatory agency within the Maryland Department of Health. In her free time, she provides volunteer library support at a school serving students with special educational needs. Aimee is an avid reader and animal lover who enjoys taking nature hikes with her dog, vegan cooking, crossword puzzles, and listening to far too many podcasts. She resides just outside of Baltimore, MD.
Aimee’s first day in the office is February 6, 2018.
