Now that school has restarted, you may be interested in a repeat viewing of the NNLM Region 4 Connections webinar, Stuck on a Cruise Ship: How to Help Aspiring Health Professionals through HOSA.

In the webinar, advisors to the Health Occupations Students Association share their experience working with students in grades 6-12 interested in pursuing a career in the health professions. The teachers and librarians work in school districts in Utah and Montana.

The session was presented in July in association with HOSA – Future Health Professionals and the Network of the National Library of Medicine Region 4. Attendees learn how to access free lesson plans and credible, research-based online content.
