The Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) is pleased to announce a new “Call for Requests” for the NLM Traveling Exhibitions! Please submit your requests online using the NLM Traveling Exhibition Request form by 2 pm (ET) on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

The NLM online form enables you to:

  • Select from six available exhibition titles with booking dates from January 2025 through June 2026.,
  • Select up to three exhibitions and booking date preferences.

Please submit only one form per institution.

To ensure your institution can comply with the host venue requirements, carefully review the “Host Venue Responsibilities” on the NNLM Traveling Exhibitions webpage.

Please note hosting venues are responsible for shipping costs to the next exhibition venue. Shipping costs range from $200 to $1,000. We recommend that you estimate costs to the farthest location available (overestimating costs) because the subsequent host venue site will not yet be known at the time of your request. Host sites will be informed of the next venue as the schedule is finalized. However, this next venue is always subject to change.

The following traveling exhibition titles are now available for requests. Please visit their respective web pages for specific details about each exhibition.

Thank you for your partnership in bringing these NLM Traveling Exhibitions to your communities. Please contact us with any questions by emailing us at NLMTravelingExhibits@nih.gov.
