The NNLM National Center for Data Services is happy to announce the return of the new, improved Data Services On-Demand Modules! These four freely available, self-paced modules offer MLA CE hours and satisfy the core requirement for the MLA Data Services Specialization (DSS) Level I certificate. The modules cover Research Data Management, Data Sharing, Data Ethics, and Open Science and each consist of approximately four hours of readings, videos, knowledge checks, and assignments. While each module provides an in-depth overview of these topics, completion of the Data Services On Demand (DSOD) in its entirety provides foundational knowledge for beginning as a data librarian.
