DOCLINE Temporary Interruption of Service August 10-11, 2023

There will be a temporary interruption of service in the DOCLINE system for cloud migration at 5 pm ET on August 10th until approximately 12 pm ET on August 11th. This is a major upgrade that will improve the performance and security of the system.

What’s changing?:

  • There will be a temporary interruption of service in the DOCLINE system for cloud migration starting August 10 @ 5 PM ET.
  • During this time, the system will be temporarily unavailable as we migrate to the cloud. We anticipate that the downtime will last until 12 pm ET on August 11th, at which point DOCLINE will be fully operational again.

What do you need to do?

  • During this downtime, you will not be able to access the DOCLINE website, submit or fill requests, or use any of the system features.
  • We recommend that you plan accordingly and complete any urgent requests before or after the maintenance window.

Why is this happening?

  • We understand that this temporary interruption may cause some inconvenience, but we believe that the benefits of moving to the cloud far outweigh the brief downtime.
  • The cloud infrastructure will improve system reliability, scalability, and security, allowing us to serve you more effectively in the long run.
