Short Course: Inclusion and Accessibility in The Data Age

The NNLM National Center for Data Services is partnering with the Regional Medical Libraries in Regions 1, 2, and 4 to deliver a course consisting of sessions that teach inclusive and accessible practices in collecting, working with, and reporting health data. The short course consists of 4 sessions in April on Mondays from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM Central Time.

Objectives:

  1. Apply accessible and inclusive practices in using health data
  2. Advise researchers on inclusivity in data-based research
  3. Discuss challenges and opportunities for making data accessible to all individuals
  4. Apply basic principles of accessibility in data use and reporting
