NNLM Training Survey Tableau Dashboards Launched

The NNLM National Evaluation Center’s (NEC) Evaluation & Continuous Improvement (ECI) Core is thrilled to release NNLM Training Survey Tableau Dashboards, version 1.0. These dashboards, which are unique to each ROC, graphically present responses to the standard NNLM Training Survey, in a more approachable, user-friendly manner that empowers ROCs to leverage evaluation data to inform programmatic and strategic decision-making in real time! Dashboard users are encouraged to interact with their own data from the Training Survey, using the visualizations, filters, data tables, and download functionalities to fully engage with their data.

However, this is only the beginning! The ECI Core is already working on version 1.1. This next iteration will enable users to filter data based on which ROC(s) taught (or co-taught) the trainings. For example, a course co-taught by Regions 1 and 5 will show up in both Regions’ dashboards. We look forward to rolling out version 1.1 in early August 2022.

Accessing Your ROC’s Dashboard

Instructions for accessing your ROC’s dashboard are available on the NEC’s Confluence page, Accessing Your Data. If you do not yet have a Northwestern affiliate NetID (used to access the NEC’s Tableau dashboards and REDCap instance), please ask your ROC’s Evaluation Champion to submit a request via the NEC’s online support request form.
