NNLM User Personas – Feedback Needed

Posted by on July 26th, 2022 Posted in: Questionnaires and Surveys

An NNLM interest group is developing a series of one-page documents called “Personas” to represent users of NNLM’s products and services. These Personas work as avatars or profiles of real users of NNLM resources like webinars, free training programs, and more. They are intended to assist anyone working on educational and community engagement materials and initiatives to better understand stakeholder perspectives, and much more.

A first step in creating an NNLM Persona profile is to have a truly representative template that can be applied to multiple Personas. Sample Personas employing our working template can be seen in this poster. The Personas interest group would like to hear from you to understand if the highlighted characteristics in the poster are useful for describing our users. Characteristics in our Sample Personas include professional motivators, goals, challenges, etc.

  • Are any characteristics or attributes missing?
  • What would you include if you could design the ideal Persona template?

We are eager to know your thoughts! Please review the sample profiles in the poster and provide your feedback through the linked Qualtrics form.

With your assistance, we can create user profiles that will be representative and useful to the network for years to come.
