NNLM Personas Now Available

A new tool to support collaboration with NNLM Member organizations is now available. Eight evidence-based profiles of NNLM Member Organizations are ready for use. Developed as a collaborative project led by NEC’s Sara Gonzales, each profile synthesizes an organization type’s characteristics, attributes, preferences, and reasons for membership in the NNLM. Each NNLM Persona is represented by a specific background color, identifying information is expressed in simple language, and a “performance gauge” illustration is used to show their feedback about specific aspects of membership (satisfaction, capacity to take on special projects, etc.) on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is the most negative value and 10 the most positive. NNLM staff members, NLM project scientists, and other interested parties may explore the Personas to understand the NNLM’s audiences. Learn more
