Call for Applications: 2023-2024 Project Awards

The Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM), Region 1 Regional Medical Library invites applications for projects and activities.

Period of Performance: May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024

Application Due Date: November 4, 2022 4 PM ET

Available Project Awards 

All awards are eligible for Facilities and Administration (F&A) or Indirect Costs (IDC). All funds must be spent by April 30, 2024.

Application and Required Forms

All attachments must be provided for your application to be accepted.

  • Budget Spreadsheet (Excel Spreadsheet)
  • Resumes or CVs of Project Lead and Faculty and Staff Supporting this project
  • Letters of Support

Please combine all attachments as one PDF.

All applicants are invited to attend the Writing and Submitting your NNLM Proposal Webinar Series.

Additionally, you can schedule consultations with Tony Nguyen or Nancy Patterson to answer your specific questions regarding the project awards, project ideas, application process, NNLM training and NLM resources.

Notes:

  • Academic Institutions and Hospital Libraries must consult with your Sponsored Programs office prior to applying for any project award. If your Sponsored Programs Office insists on submitting the application on your behalf, they must create an NNLM account prior to the submission deadline.
  • Public Libraries, please consult with your library’s foundation or governing body to address how your library should apply in advance.
