NNLM Region 1’s UN-Conference: Engaging Communities

Region 1* of the NNLM is hosting an UN-conference beginning on December 5th, 2023.   This 3 day UN-conference is a participant orientated event where conversation is empasized over formal presentations.   The UN-conference covers many topics that are of interest to people working in public health:  Engaing communities with health information, the digital divide and enviromental determinants of health.

Each day of the conference will give participants the opportunity to share and learn about other’s experiences of engaging with their communities on these topics.  Visit Region 1’s UN-conference page to learn more about participating in the UN-conference or use the links below to learn about specific topics that will be covered.

The UN-conference is open to residences of NNLM’s Region 1 which covers Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, North Carolinia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC and West Virginia.  Attendees can choice to attend 1,2, or 3  days of the conference.
