PubMed is your primary source for finding PHDL journals with a keyword or research topic. You typically use the special PHDL URL (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?holding=phdlnphco) or a MyNCBI account to set up your filters to call up results for PHDL articles.
