PubMed is your primary source for finding PHDL journals with a keyword or research topic. You typically use the special PHDL URL (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?holding=phdlnphco) or a MyNCBI account to set up your filters to call up results for PHDL articles. The National Library of Medicine (NLM) recently announced Loansome Doc will be discontinued as of July 1, 2019. The number of articles requested in Loansome Doc have been declining since 2002.
